Please note: TVRepairConnect is an independent service and is not DStv or MultiChoice. For subscriptions, payments and account changes, please contact DStv directly.

Please don’t climb onto the roof or a ladder to work on a dish yourself. Working at height is dangerous, and dish alignment needs the right equipment. Leave it to a technician.

How it works

How a DStv request works

  1. Step 1: Choose your problem

Tell us whether you need a TV repair, DStv help, installation or troubleshooting.

  2. Step 2: Share your location

Give us your suburb so we can check which service options are available in your area.

  3. Step 3: Review your options

FAQs

DStv questions

Are you DStv or MultiChoice?

No. TVRepairConnect is an independent service. For subscriptions, payments and account changes, please contact DStv directly.

Some error codes point to a signal or equipment problem, which a technician can check. Others are about your subscription or account, which only DStv can resolve. Check that your account is active using DStv’s official app or website, and tell us the code when you request help.

Heavy rain can weaken a satellite signal for a short time. If the signal drops often, or in light rain, the dish may be slightly out of alignment, or there may be a problem with the LNB (the part on the dish arm that receives the signal) or the cabling.

Not always. The technician can check your existing dish and cabling and explain whether anything needs to be replaced.

It depends on what you need, the equipment involved and where you are. Any call-out, travel and installation charges are explained before anything is booked.
